My name is Ben Woelk. My ultimate goal is to make the buying or selling process as stress-free for you as possible by providing you with honesty, transparency, and accountability.

I believe that buying or selling a home should be an enjoyable process. You are in control. I’m here to work with you to help you find what you want.

I grew up in Winkler, Manitoba, and moved to Winnipeg in 2016. There are things about both parts of Manitoba that I like, but Winnipeg has become very special to me. The abundance of great local restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops allow me to constantly re-discover areas I thought I previously knew, and find reasons to go back.

While homes and property ownership have always interested me, I really decided to get into real estate as a career shortly into Manitoba’s first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic. I was spending much more time at home, and that gave me a new appreciation for the importance of one’s home space. Home spaces are where most of us spend the majority of our time and this has a significant effect on our moods and personality. Maximizing the way my wife and I could utilize our space became a priority, then a passion, and I knew that I wanted to help others find those spaces for themselves.

I immediately felt comfortable and welcome at RE/MAX One Group, and that made it an easy choice for me when I had to decide where to start my career. I sensed that the same values that I strive to incorporate into my career were held in very high regard at RE/MAX One Group.
